材料:

1.高筋麵粉100g

2.低筋麵粉100g

3.鹽1/2匙

4.滾水100g

5.冷水20g

把材料1+2+3混合後

用100g滾盪熱水沖麵粉並攪勻

加入冷水揉團至光滑

麵糰抹油並鬆弛30分鐘

鬆弛後的麵糰切成小麵糰約30g

30g小圓麵糰桿成薄片並用保鮮膜隔開片裝

冷凍保存

要吃時再拿出煎熟(煎時不必抹油)
